Derrius Butler is a nationally recognized Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) leader with more than a decade of experience driving compliance strategies in some of the nation’s most highly regulated industries, including energy, data centers, semiconductors, aviation, and higher education. With a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering, Derrius combines scientific expertise and strategic oversight to deliver measurable impact.

As Founder of DMB Compliance, Derrius applies a systems based approach to environmental permitting, EHS audits, ISO certifications, and full-scale program development. His leadership spans multi-state operations, where he has directed Title V air permitting, SPCC planning, wastewater treatment, and hazardous waste compliance. He has successfully implemented ISO 14001, 45001, and 18001 management systems across Fortune 500 companies consistently achieving zero major non-conformances.
